We use a collection of Google Calendars to keep track of the trainings (and potential changes), as well as other events, both organised by EHMS and by other clubs in Finland and internationally, in which EHMS members participate.

The calendars are organised as follows:

Each of the weapons we train has its own calendar, showing the weekly trainings, as well as any beginners’ or intensive courses for that weapon.
Other regular trainings (advanced groups, free training, competition / judging training) are in their own calendar.
There is one calendar for all other EHMS events, like e.g. seminars, communal quarterlies, social events, club competitions, etc.
Competitions (national and international) are in a separate calendar.
Finally, the “external bookings” calendar shows times the training hall is used by either EHMS members for private trainings, or by other people who have rented it from us.

The calendars are visible above, but one is also able to subscribe to them (whichever ones are of interest), and sync them to their own calendar app. The links for subscribing to the calendars are the following:
